NeuraAI · AI accelerators

Start small. Make the next decision clearer.

Explore where AI could help, get an existing tool working for real tasks, or test one focused use case. Our accelerators give you a bounded starting point with agreed outputs and a practical next step.

We shape the scope around your priorities and budget, with the outputs, price and schedule clear before work begins.

What do you need to find out?

Your starting point Accelerator What you take away
We have ideas, but need to choose where to begin. AI opportunity sprint A prioritised shortlist and a practical starting roadmap.
We want selected people to get useful results from Copilot. Copilot enablement accelerator Agreed tasks configured, tested and supported through initial use.
We have one problem and want to test an AI approach. AI use-case pilot A focused prototype or trial, evaluation findings and a next-step recommendation.

AI opportunity sprint

Find a sensible place to start

A focused opportunity review for organisations that want to understand where AI and better use of data could make a useful difference.

We use your priorities, existing activity and a compact set of background information to shape a workshop and relevant examples. We then assess the strongest ideas and turn them into a practical starting roadmap.

The work includes:

  • Preparation using agreed existing information and a short scoping conversation.
  • Focused discussion and demonstrations using suitable example material.
  • A shortlist of up to five opportunities, with intended benefits, dependencies and next steps.
  • A phased roadmap with specific early actions and a view of later work.
  • Playback, handover and one consolidated round of refinement within the agreed scope.

You leave with: a clear basis for deciding what to investigate, prepare or try next, with the reasoning and assumptions explained.

The review can identify data, technology, skills and ownership needs. Detailed design, implementation and bespoke prototypes can be scoped separately once priorities are clearer.

Copilot enablement accelerator

Help people use Copilot for work that matters

Practical support to get Microsoft 365 Copilot working for an agreed user group and a small number of real tasks.

If you already have Copilot licences that are unused or underused, that is a good reason to start.

Examples might include preparing for meetings, finding relevant information, drafting documents or organising the day's priorities. We agree what is useful, confirm what is supported in your environment and help people build it into their working habits.

The work includes:

  • Agreeing the users, tasks and signs of useful adoption.
  • Checking the relevant licences, access and configuration prerequisites.
  • Hands-on help with the agreed setup, working with your IT team and using the authorised access needed to deliver it.
  • Testing the pattern with an agreed test user before extending it to the selected users.
  • Practical coaching, initial tuning and a documented handover.

You leave with: a tested way of using Copilot for the selected tasks, people who understand how to use and check its outputs, and clear next steps for improvement.

Available features and automation depend on the product, licence and configuration in your environment. We confirm those details before committing to the scope. New licences, wider tenant changes and organisation-wide rollout are agreed separately where needed.

If your priority is a broader deployment or complex dependencies, explore Copilot and AI delivery foundations.

AI use-case pilot

Test one idea against real work

Take one defined problem and develop a focused prototype or bounded trial. The purpose is to find out whether the approach is useful, what needs to improve and whether further investment makes sense.

Examples include finding answers in a defined knowledge collection, assisting with a document task, or helping a team classify and route work. We choose the approach around the problem, the information available and the people who will use it.

The work includes:

  • A clear problem statement, an owner and agreed measures of success.
  • A defined user group, data boundary and technical approach.
  • Development and testing of the agreed prototype or trial.
  • User feedback and evaluation of quality, usefulness and limitations.
  • A recommendation to improve, extend, adopt or stop, with the next requirements made clear.

You leave with: a working example and evidence to support the next decision.

We agree whether the pilot uses sample information, an approved data extract or a controlled live environment. A pilot's scope does not automatically include production deployment, extensive integration or ongoing operation. If the results justify a next stage, we can help scope and deliver it.

A clear commitment before you begin

Fixed scope and a fixed price, agreed before we start.

Each accelerator has an agreed purpose, boundary, set of outputs and price. We confirm the people and information needed, the delivery schedule and any separate licence or platform costs.

You can use the findings with your own team, ask us for further delivery help or decide that a different approach makes more sense. There is no requirement to buy a follow-on engagement.

Which first step would be useful?

Tell us where you are starting and what you want to learn or improve. We will help you choose an accelerator and keep its scope proportionate.
