AI Architect Mentoring
1:1 mentoring of a named internal architect over a 3- or 6-month engagement. 4 hours per month of senior architect time. Structured curriculum aligned to their current project needs, plus an open agenda for whatever comes up.
Executive AI Briefing
A 2-hour bespoke briefing delivered on-site to your leadership group. Sector-specific research, current-state AI landscape, 3–5 actionable patterns for your organisation, and an honest assessment of what's hype. No sales deck.
Practitioner Training (Cohort)
2-day cohort training on a defined topic. Max 12 attendees. Delivered on-site. Mix of taught content, worked examples, and hands-on exercises. Each attendee leaves with reference materials they can use in their day job.
What mentoring and training doesn't include
General AI awareness training (we focus on technical and architectural depth), certification preparation, or ongoing coaching beyond the agreed engagement term.
