Bronze Retainer
For steady-state organisations with predictable needs. A university or council that has its AI strategy in place but needs governance support. A law firm that wants a quarterly check-in and someone to call when a question arises.
Silver Retainer
For growing teams that need ongoing architecture support. A medium enterprise with active AI projects that needs architecture guidance, supplier management, and a regular advisor at the table.
Gold Retainer
For complex institutions wanting AI leadership without a full-time CAIO. Includes fractional AI architect / Chief AI Officer positioning with board-level representation.
What retainers don't include
Retainer clients get priority scheduling on productised SKUs, but SKU delivery is scoped and quoted separately. Retainers also don't include unlimited ad-hoc requests outside defined hours, legal or regulated advice, or implementation work beyond architecture and advisory.
