What We Don't Do
Saying no to the wrong work is how we stay good at the right work. We do AI delivery — strategy, architecture, governance, data foundations and productised accelerators. Everything below is explicitly not our lane. If it's what you need, we'll tell you and point you to someone who does it well.
Hard exclusions
Lift-and-shift, rehosting, datacentre exits. If you need to move on-premise workloads to Azure, we are not the right partner. We can recommend several.
Servers, file services, networking, VDI, on-premises anything. We work at the architecture and AI delivery layer, not the infrastructure layer.
M365 licences, Azure consumption commitments, or Copilot seat purchases — go to Insight, Softcat, Bytes, or your existing Microsoft CSP. We don't resell licences and don't take margin on software.
We don't deliver someone else's scope under their badge. If you need a delivery partner for a scope you designed, we're not the right fit.
We won't position ourselves as a body-shop for larger consultancies on engagements they shaped. We lead our own work or we don't do it.
Every advisory engagement at NeuraSec leaves something concrete behind — a roadmap, a governance framework, an architecture document, a working data product. We don't write decks and walk away.
We design the security model and AI risk framework. Your in-house team or MSP implements the controls at the operational layer.
What this means when you talk to us
If you reach out with a brief that falls into any of the above categories, we'll tell you honestly that it's not our lane, explain why briefly, and recommend 2–3 partners who are better placed to help you. This saves you a meeting, a deck, and a cup of coffee. And it means that when we do say yes to a brief, you can trust that we're genuinely the right people for it.
